Summer 2020
our Mission
Our mission is to provide an environment where hockey players of all levels repetitively work on individual technical and tactical skills while enjoying the process. We welcome players of all caliber with experience in the sport of at least one season
Elite players will have the opportunity to experience a high level of on and off-ice training. The emphasis will be on fast paced practices that will push players to execute basic and important hockey skills at a high tempo with the ultimate goal to improve and to transition players to the next level.
Our strategic plan will develop in a progressive manner the fundamentals aptitudes related to hockey and will contribute to the personal development of the players into better athletes.
Our Staff
Past Coaches include Olympians Charline Labonté, Marie-Philip Poulin, Lauriane Rougeau, Julie Chu, Kim St-Pierre, Mélodie Daoust, Noémie Marin, Geneviève Lacasse, Catherine Ward and France St-Louis and several members of Les Canadiennes de Montreal of the CWHL.
Curriculum of our hockey programs
On-Ice training: Skating Technique – Over Speed Skating & Agility – Transition Skating – Stick Handling, Puck Control & Protection – Shooting & Passing – Position Specific Work – Game Simulations – Goalie specific drills with goalie coach
Off-ice training: Speed – Plyometrics (Power)- Agility – Upper and Lower Body Strength – Interval Training
In class sessions: Presentation by our Olympians on the various opportunities in hockey. We will share on our Olympic journey, college recruiting, training, nutrition and sport psychology. Motivational videos, photo and autograph sessions.

As a mom of two young girls, it can sometimes be hard to find positive female role models in a society of instant access to all forms of media. Hockey has provided them with the chance to be around strong, determined young women who are not afraid to be active and engaged and determined. And when they get the chance to meet and be taught by such inspirational and accomplished females like yourself and your fellow coaches, it is more than a dream come true… I hope that you all realize just how much of an impact you are having on today’s girls and that they are so very lucky to have you all as examples of how they too can be the best. I am sending along my sincere thanks for making this past weekend’s hockey camp a huge success! The work and dedication yourself & your other teammates completed in order to host this event should be commended.
The on-ice skills development & off ice training were both fantastic. What a great opportunity for many of the talented young girls of our province to be on the ice with our countries finest! Memories which will last a lifetime for sure. The camp showed them new drills & how to enhance their skills- but most of all it also showed them how to have fun while doing so.
