Weekly On-Ice Skills Development Sessions
Caroline Ouellette’s Weekly On-Ice Skills Development Sessions are designed to perfect technical and tactical individual skills while enjoying the process. Our strategic plan will improve in a progressive manner the fundamentals aptitudes related to hockey, starting with skating technique: the most important aspect in hockey.
Caroline Ouellette Hockey Camps were founded in 2012. Several Olympians and members of Les Canadiennes de Montréal have been part of the coaching staff such as Julie Chu, Charline Labonté, Marie-Philip Poulin, Kim St- Pierre, Lauriane Rougeau, and Mélodie Daoust.

about caroline ouellette
Caroline is a Four-time Olympic Gold medalist. She played in the 2002-2006-2010 and 2014 Olympic Games. Caroline participated in twelve IIHF World Championships as an athlete and three as a coach. She was a member of the CWHL Les Canadiennes de Montreal from 2008 to 2017 and has won the Clarkson Cup in 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2017. Caroline graduated with honours from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Criminology and Women’s Studies. She won the NCAA National Title in 2003 as a player and 2008 as a coach.
Caroline is the founder of the Girls Hockey Celebration, a not for profit organization that welcomes annually over 850 female hockey players aged from 5 to 12. She is the head coach of the All-Star Peewee team that has participated in the Quebec International Peewee Tournament since 2016. Caroline is an assistant coach with the National Senior team and is part of the skill development coaching staff with Hockey Canada. She is currently associate head coach of Les Canadiennes de Montréal and assistant coach with the Concordia University Stingers.

On Tuesdays from 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Our Mission
To provide an environment where hockey players of all levels work on individual technical and tactical skills while enjoying the process. We welcome players of all caliber with experience in the sport of at least one season. We will focus on skating technique and individual puck skills.

On Tuesdays from 7:30-9:00 PM
Coaches Ratio to Players: 1:5
Our Mission
To provide an environment for elite players where the focus is on individual skill development starting with skating technique. You will work on puck skills including stick handling, dekes, deceptive moves and shooting. Through our station work, you will work on passing, shooting, and puck protection executing position specific drills. Our last element is small space competitive games. A goalie coach is present at each session.

On Tuesdays from 9:00-10:30 pm

Our Mission
Regardless of your current skills set, you can participate! Our program’s mission is to perfect individual skills and tactics. We focus on the most important aspect in hockey: your skating technique. You will work on balance, stance, edges, agility, power, transitions and efficiency. We also concentrate on puck skills including stick handling, dekes, and deceptive moves. Through our station work, you will work on passing, shooting, and puck protection. We incorporate small space competitive games. A goalie coach is present at each session. If you bring a positive attitude and a great work ethic, you will get better!
