Individual Player

Players registering individually will be placed on a team that is formed for the Celebration based on their current category.

We offer to each team:

– 1 on-ice skill development session with coaches from the National team and the CWHL Montreal Les Canadiennes.
– 1 on-ice goalie development session for our goaltenders.
– 1 development session for coaches.
– Conferences and autograph/picture sessions with our Olympians throughout the event.
– Showcase game with the CWHL Montreal Les Canadiennes de Montréal.

Novice Festival:
– 2 games
– 1 final game for the two best teams.

Atome & Peewee AA-A-B Tournament:
– 2 games
– Semi-Finals for the 4 best teams. – 1 final per category

Peewee AAA Tournament:
– 3 games
– 1 final for the two best teams
– Showcase of the 34 best players in the All Star Game.
– Selection of the best 19 players in the Etoile team that will participate in the prestigious Quebec Peewee Tournament in February 2018.

Olympians Charline Labonté, Kim St-Pierre, Marie-Philip Poulin, Lauriane Rougeau, Mélodie Daoust, France St-Louis, Catherine Ward and Julie Chu have been part of the Celebration in our previous editions.
Player categories

The final placement of athletes individually register will be determined by the current category of the player. Priority will be given the players playing in the highest level.


Eligibility of players and teams

The Caroline Ouellette Girl’s Hockey Celebration is considered a Festival and is an additional promotional activity offered in collaboration with Hockey Quebec. The Celebration does not count in the number of annual tournaments allowed per team for the season.


Players participating in the Caroline Ouellette Girls Hockey Celebration must be members of Hockey Quebec.


Governing body
The Caroline Ouellette Girl’s Hockey Celebration is governed the the rules of Hockey Canada, Hockey Quebec and its own organisation.  The operating rules of the Celebration were implemented in partnership with the rule and regulations department of Hockey Quebec.

The Caroline Ouellette Girl’s Hockey Celebration is a Hockey Quebec sanctioned event.

AA & AAA Categories

The players placed in the AA category will play against teams from the LHFDQ (Ligue Hockey Féminin Développement du Québec). The players placed in the AAA category will be matched with an all-star team from the LHFDQ.

Only players from Quebec and playing in a league sanctioned by Hockey Quebec are eligible to participate in the AAA category. 

Only players attending the Celebration in the AAA category are eligible to be selected for the All-Star team for the International Pee-Wee Tournament in Quebec City.

The AAA category will play a round of 3 games. The two teams with the best results will go on to the final. The 34 best players will participate in the All-Star game to conclude the Celebration.

Novice $60
Atom & Peewee $100
Peewee AAA $120

Individually registered player will receive a hockey jersey they can keep.


Mandatory to stay in our partner hotel if you are not from the Montreal area. A team or a player non compliant to this rule will be suspended and unable to participate in the Celebration.
