Our Mission
Caroline Ouellette Hockey Camp is designed to develop the athlete’s technical and tactical individual skills. Our strategic plan will improve in a progressive manner the fundamentals aptitudes related to hockey and will contribute to the personal development of the players into better athletes. Caroline Ouellette Hockey Camps were founded in 2012. Several Olympians and members of Les Canadiennes de Montréal have been part of the coaching staff such as Julie Chu, Charline Labonté, Marie-Philip Poulin, Kim St-Pierre, Lauriane Rougeau, and Mélodie Daoust.
About Caroline Ouellette
Caroline is a Four-time Olympic Gold medalist. She participated in the 2002-2006-2010 and 2014 Olympic Games. Caroline played in twelve IIHF World Championships. She is a member of the CWHL Les Canadiennes de Montreal and has won the Clarkson Cup in 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2017. Caroline graduated with honours from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Criminology. She won the NCAA National Title in 2003 as a player and 2008 as a coach. Caroline is the head coach of the All-Star Peewee team that participated in the Quebec International Peewee Tournament in 2016 and 2017. Caroline is assistant coach with the National Senior team at the 2017 IIHF World Championship and is part of the skill development coaching staff with Hockey Canada.
This camp is targeted for elite athletes playing either in female hockey in the Peewee AA, Bantam AA, and Midget AA categories or elite male hockey in Peewee, Bantam or Midget.

Daily Camp Curriculum

2 on ice sessions
1 off-ice training session
1 in class session on topics related to high performance

On ice
Skating execution (balance/edge, power, agility)
Individual puck skills (deception & dekes & passing)
Shooting while skating & on puck reception
Small areas competitive games – 1 on 1 battles
Position Specific drills
Game on Friday


Minimum of 1 hour Monday through Thursday with our goalie coaches who will lead goalie specific drills.
Additional 1 hour of Goalie Specific development on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
12 sessions total on ice.
Emphasis: Movement, Rebound control, tracking, individual tactics, puck control. Game specific drills.

Off ice
Off-ice training sessions designed with the purpose of developing the following aptitudes: speed, agility, power and strength.

In class session:
Conference on the journey to the Olympics and collegiate opportunities.
Sport psychology and nutrition.

General Information

Eligibility and Cost

Elite players only. Peewee, Bantam and Midget levels.
Includes a hockey jersey and snacks.

$525 tax included

Additional: Option of daily lunches offered (hot buffet) = $60 (tax included)

Supervised Room and Board on campus

Offered from Monday July 2nd to Friday July 6th inclusively (4 nights).

Includes all meals. It is possible for a parent to room with their daughter.
