Our Mission
Caroline Ouellette Hockey Camp is designed to develop the athlete’s technical and tactical individual skills. Our strategic plan will improve in a progressive manner the fundamentals aptitudes related to hockey and will contribute to the personal development of the players into better athletes.

Caroline Ouellette Hockey Camps were founded in 2012. Several Olympians and members of Les Canadiennes de Montréal have been part of the coaching staff such as Julie Chu, Charline Labonté, Marie-Philip Poulin, Kim St-Pierre, Lauriane Rougeau, and Mélodie Daoust.

About Caroline Ouellette
Caroline is a Four-time Olympic Gold medalist. She participated in the 2002-2006-2010 and 2014 Olympic Games. Caroline played in twelve IIHF World Championships. She is a member of the CWHL Les Canadiennes de Montreal and has won the Clarkson Cup in 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2017. Caroline graduated with honours from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Criminology. She won the NCAA National Title in 2003 as a player and 2008 as a coach.

Caroline is the head coach of the All-Star Peewee team that has participated in the Quebec International Peewee Tournament since 2016. Caroline was assistant coach with the National Senior team at the 2017 IIHF World Championship and is part of the skill development coaching staff with Hockey Canada. She is currently assistant coach with the Concordia University Stingers, RSEQ champions in 2018 and bronze medalist at the 2018 USports National Championship.

Regular Program

Female players born from 2008 to 2011.
Female players born in 2006 and 2007 of caliber A-B-C or House League.
Includes hockey jersey, water bottle and snacks

6 hours of ice
– Skating technique, stickhandling, shooting and passing.
Focus is on Individual skill development in a fun environment.

Goalie Sessions
Minimum of 2 hours with our goalie coach.
Focus: Positioning and movements.

Off-ice Training
3 sessions of initiation to off-ice training.
Proper warm-up, running technique, agility and speed.

Photo and autograph sessions
2 photos and autograph session with our Olympians

Elite Program

Female players from female hockey leagues of caliber Peewee AA, Bantam AA, Midget AA.
Female players from male hockey leagues of caliber Peewee CC-BB-AA-AAA, Bantam et Midget A-CC, BB, AA, AAA.
Includes hockey jersey, Gatorade water bottle and snacks
8 hours of ice
On ice
Skating execution (balance/edge, power, agility)
Individual puck skills (deception & dekes & passing)
Shooting while skating & on puck reception
Small areas competitive games – 1 on 1 battles
Position Specific drills
Goalie Sessions
Minimum of 2 hours with our goalie coach.
Focus: Positioning and movements.

Off-ice Training
3 off-ice training sessions focusing on running technique, speed and agility, strength and power.

In-Class Sessions
2 in class sessions with our Olympians sharing their journey through sport. Photos and autograph session.

* If there is still room in the camp, we will accept the brother of a female player registered in the camp (boys born from 2008 to 2011 only).
