Peewee All-Star team

During the second edition of the Caroline Ouellette Girls Hockey Celebration, we selected the first ever Peewee All-Star team to take part in the prestigious Quebec International Peewee Hockey Tournament in February 2016.

The Peewee All Star team was coached by Olympians Marie-Philip Poulin, Kim St-Pierre and Caroline Ouellette as well as team Quebec under 16 coaches Valérie Bois and Camille Dumais.

The first game of the Peewee All-Star team was against the New York Americans in front of over 8,000 fans at the Videotron Center. The Americans were coached by Legendary Mark Messier and Mike Richter. It was a historical moment for female hockey and incredible for the promotion of the sport. The Peewee All-Star team can be proud of its performance as the team lost its 3rd game of the tournament. Following that performance, we aspire to earn to privilege to participate in the tournament yearly.

The Girls Hockey Celebration is a Not for Profit organisation and is proud to finance entirely the participation of the Quebec female All Star team at the prestigious Quebec tournament.
